Our Property Litigation Group is one of the largest property litigation practices amongst Irish law firms. We have a broad range of experience in advising clients on property related disputes.  We have advised landlords, tenants, developers, local authorities and other public bodies. We also work closely with lawyers in our Commercial Property Department.

We have considerable experience in acting in all kinds of dispute resolution, including arbitrations, mediations and judicial review proceedings, and regularly advises on property disputes before the Commercial Court.

We are acting for a number of property developers/receivers in respect of initiating and managing specific performance proceedings as against proposed purchasers of residential properties.

We represented a large scale property developer in the Commercial Court seeking declaratory relief in respect of a dispute involving contract for sale of land.

We have advised the Private Residential Tenancies Board, in relation to the exercise of their functions and their enforcement role, and have defended judicial review proceedings instituted against it.
