Representative Transactions

  • advising a major multinational IT services company on the outsourcing to it of the IT infrastructure and services of one of Ireland’s largest financial institutions, the largest and highest value IT outsourcing in Ireland to date
  • advising a major multinational software company on the outsourcing of multiple services, including manufacturing, replication, logistics and contact centre requirements, including some of the most complex and highest value outsourcings to date in Ireland
  • advising a major multi-national business processing outsourcing contract for its EMEA-wide credit and collections function
  • advising a major card processing company on the outsourcing to it of the card processing activities of two of Ireland’s largest financial institutions
  • advising a major multinational on various large scale telecommunication services contracts, including co-location agreements and telecommunications managed services agreements
  • advising a large Irish bank on its data centre procurement and migration arrangements
  • advising in relation to IT and BPO outsourcings, both intra-group and on a third party basis
