Expertise
Suzanne is an associate in the Tax Department at Matheson Ormsby Prentice and a member of the Structured Finance and Derivatives Group and the Distressed Assets Group. Suzanne advises on cross-border financing and structured finance transactions involving Irish and international financial institutions, investment banks, distressed asset funds, arrangers and managers in relation to distressed asset transactions, CLOs, repackaging and securitisations of all types of asset classes.
Suzanne acts as Irish counsel to international distressed asset investors, arrangers and managers establishing tax efficient operations in Ireland in order to invest globally in distressed financial assets. Suzanne also regularly advises on the acquisition of non-performing loan portfolios or other types of receivable portfolios (such as consumer loans, credit card receivables, mortgages and other assets) sold on the primary and secondary markets.
Suzanne is an associate of the Institute of Taxation in Ireland.
