Expertise
Robert has been a partner in the Corporate and Commercial Law Department at Matheson Ormsby Prentice since 1995. He provides business law advice to some of Ireland's largest organisations, and has advised companies in sectors such as financial services, retail, telecoms, energy and media. His work includes transactional work (mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, privatisations, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and reorganisations and commercial contracts) and advisory assignments (corporate law issues and corporate governance and compliance).
Robert is a member of the Business Law Committee of the Law Society of Ireland and a member of the Institute of Directors in Ireland.
