John practises corporate tax focusing principally on property transactions, owner managed business, mergers and acquisitions, structuring management buy outs and advising on employee reward schemes. He advises many of Ireland's leading property developers and owner managed companies.
John is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and has spoken at the annual conference of the Irish Tax Institute and at conferences organised by other professional associations. He has written on tax issues for Sunday Business Post, Business & Finance, Business Plus and other publications.
