Expertise
Graham is a consultant in the Private Client Department at Matheson Ormsby Prentice. He is involved in the provision of a wide range of private client services. These include financial, tax and estate planning including establishment of trusts and other vehicles; administration of estates and trusts; wills; acquisition, sale and investment in residential and agricultural property, including stud farms; charity formation; wards of court; general and enduring powers of attorney.
Graham has advised clients from all sections of the Irish and international community, including charities and trustees as well as individuals.
Graham is a Notary Public, a Commissioner for Oaths and a member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners). He is also a member of the Law Society of Ireland and the Institute of Taxation in Ireland. Graham was appointed in 2004 by the Irish government to be a Commissioner of Charitable Donations and Bequests for Ireland. In addition, Graham is a Registered Trade Mark Agent and is involved in the work of a number of charitable organisations.
