Expertise
Following several years practice of corporate and financial services law, and in particular advising investment funds and asset management clients, Elizabeth Grace was appointed consultant in the Asset Management and Investment Funds Group at Matheson Ormsby Prentice in 2007.
In her role as consultant, Elizabeth concentrates on the group's knowledge management strategy and current awareness of legal and regulatory developments in fund management regulation.
Elizabeth regularly writes on European and Irish funds developments for international publications such as the World Securities Law Report, International Financial Law Review, The International Lawyer, Tax Planning International Review Journal, Securities Regulation and Law Report, In-House Lawyer, European Fund Focus and for domestic publications including Finance Dublin and Finance Magazine Online. She also contributes to legal and regulatory submissions at national and European level on behalf of Matheson Ormsby Prentice.
Elizabeth is a member of the St Edmund Hall Association, Oxford and the Kilkenny Solicitors' Bar Association.
Elizabeth has lectured and tutored in Financial Services Law at the Law School of the Law Society of Ireland and has tutored in Trust Law at the Law School, Trinity College Dublin.
