Expertise

Deirdre-Ann is a partner and Head of Professional Standards and Risk at Matheson Ormsby Prentice with responsibility for the operational aspects of the firm's risk management function. She ensures that the firm's policies of best practice are up to date and complied with throughout the firm.  She is the firm’s conflicts partner and money laundering reporting officer and the partnership secretary.

As a former corporate partner, Deirdre-Ann worked as a transactional lawyer in the Corporate Finance Group and in knowledge management.

Deirdre-Ann is a member of the Company Law Review Group, the statutory advisory expert body charged with advising the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation on the review and development of company law in Ireland.
