Expertise
Aiden is resident counsel in the firm’s New York office and an associate in the firm's Asset Management and Investment Funds Group. Aiden practices corporate and financial services law and has experience on the legal and regulatory issues surrounding the establishment and ongoing requirements of investment funds (UCITS, Non-UCITS, professional investor and qualifying investor funds including money market funds, master-feeder structures, funds of funds, exchange traded funds, structured funds and index tracking funds) in Ireland, the listing of investment funds on the Irish Stock Exchange, the use of Irish corporate vehicles for the purpose of gaining exposure to special situation investments in Asia and the registration and marketing of foreign funds in Ireland. Aiden’s clients are household name US and international financial institutions and asset managers.
In 2010, Aiden was seconded to the London legal department of a global investment bank before taking up residence in the firm’s New York office.
Aiden is a member of the Law Society of Ireland, the American Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
