Inaugural Women in Business Law Awards - Helen Noble, Matheson Ormsby Prentice wins Best in Shipping and Maritime
Helen Noble, partner in the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department at Matheson Ormsby Prentice and Head of the firm’s Shipping Law Group, was announced winner in the Shipping and Maritime category, at the inaugural European Women in Business Law Awards, which took place at Claridge's, London on 29 June 2011.
The Euromoney European Women in Business Law Awards celebrate firms setting the standard for female-friendly work practices and recognises the achievements of women leading the field in the legal sector across 34 jurisdictions in Europe. In its inaugural year, the awards ceremony was attended by over 200 of Europe’s leading female lawyers, politicians and barristers.
Commended by clients as “the leading maritime lawyer in Ireland” for her “years of experience in all facets of the maritime field”, Helen Noble has over 15 years experience practising in Ireland and the UK.
