The finance department in Matheson Ormsby Prentice are looking to recruit an accounts assistant to join their team for a four month contract.
General duties include:
- Working on the finance helpdesk liaising with partners and internal staff in relation to finance queries
- Dealing with audit and general account queries
- Accounts payable
- Cash book payments
- Bank reconciliation
- Client and office lodgements
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the person will have the ability to work quickly under pressure and will have an excellent attention to details.
We are looking for someone with a minimum IATI or accounts qualification and at least 2/3 years general book keeping experience.
