Tax Advisers and Consultants
Our Tax Department is significantly the largest tax practice amongst Irish law firms. We were ranked as the leading tax law firm in Ireland by the European Legal 500 2006 edition, and in May 2006 were named Irish Tax Firm of the Year by the International Tax Review.
We are seeking to recruit tax lawyers, advisers and consultants with more than two years experience advising on corporate taxation aspects of inward investment projects, structured finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real estate investments and taxation litigation.
Company Secretarial Department
Our Company Secretarial Department comprises individuals who are Members and Students of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA). Our in-house company Matsack Trust Limited acts as Company Secretary for several hundred client companies, comprising public, private, unlimited companies and companies limited by guarantee.
